Could you explain to me the basics? Like lets say about “magic”, how the world operate, who/what are the higher powers/god/gods and how to reach a higher level or consciousness. Also curious about real tarot and astrology and not white girl stuff. Thank you.

Yes well you'll have to ask the right questions but I'll start with answering what you've already asked.

1. Magic is mental influence. Simply the notion that ones thoughts are capable of influencing objects, persons, events, circumstances, etc.
2. How the world operates. You're best off reading Bernardo Kastrup and Montalk. The world is a dream in the mind of the all, it operates mentally. All the principles of mind are what animates the universe and everything in it..
3. The higher powers? There are higher levels of consciousness which give you more authority/access/power over things. The goal is simply to become lucid, like how if you become lucid in a lucid dream you can control the dream.

Personality does not matter at all in the higher realms. Like if you're looking for a form or a name, you're not at all familiar then with the facts of the spiritual plane. Aside from possibility of sounds resonating with and corresponding in a objective way to certain phenomena, a name is arbitrary, you and any other entity can go by any name. Form also is arbitrary, in the astral everyone assumes whatever form they so please, though they may have a habit of assuming a certain form. On Montalk's site is an article about standards of channeling, this is what you should read in order to evaluate the quality of information coming out of a given consciousness-source. Lower level entities will pretend to be God and assume names that superstitious religious folk will revere automatically just to fuck with ignorant people, they can appear however they like and pretend to be whoever, and if it claims to some famous figure like Jesus it's certainly fucking with you.
Tarot and astrology I don't care about there is one guy from United Arab Emirates that is really into it if he shows up then he can probably fill you in on that. Divination techniques in general just rely on synchronicity and I'd highly recommend you go to montalk's youtube channel and watch his videos there on synchronicity then you can start using all kinds of things for divination.

As for reaching higher level of consciousness. You need to know how to play around with the variables in your mind and you need to do this whole realizing the true self process by observing and becoming detached from the lower principles of the body and the mind. Your identity should not be wrapped up with the body, and you should be able to observe your own thoughts and feelings without believing they are you. If you do this, it shifts your consciousness, and allows you to do things like induce suggestible states in yourself for programming or create really intense desires to power thoughtforms. With thoughtforms you can automate many processes and create a lot of psychic phenomena. You should practice all forms of self-control so you become master over body and mind, there is where William Walker Atkinson's books really come in. You will start with the more mundane things like controlling the breath, controlling muscle tension, controlling body heat, etc. but gradually get to more advanced things like controlling circumstances, exercising influence over bodies in order to heal or levitate, etc.

You also should realize that your thoughts aren't private. You can remote view anything (psychomancy is the best book for it) and you are constantly channelling every thought. Your whole personality is not you, that storm of thoughts and feelings it's all just going to keep going even when you observe it. It's when you observe it that you realize you're not thinking and feeling these things, it's just your personality doing it. You can shift into the will-identity-consciousness where you become identified with awareness and will as being your actual self and just apply your will to the lower principles so that your mind and body start do things for you, generating things for you, etc. without you thinking any of it is you. If you understand yourself to be a "center of activity and awareness in the cosmos" you'll be able to do so many things with that. If you've heard of the concept of Wu Wei also this will make sense to you, it is "effortless doing", and it's possible to one who simply lets their mind and body do everything for them while they watch unattached. They of themselves do nothing while these lower principles do all the work. It is the secret of "doing by not doing".
