Back in school I was in a special needs program and there was a kid who had autism in a room where we would work on assignments. He would always wear headphones and he always had a phone that he replayed the same 5-8 second audio clips.
This channel matches that and he certainly has a condition like autism and wears headphones as shown in the shorts. These videos are so he can hear those short sound clips repeating.
