What anti-black cats do you have? Weightlifter will probably help you the most if you have him. A stack of a few salon/paris cats is also pretty good. And obviously GET EMPIRE OF CATS TREASURES!!! They are the single-most OP thing in the game, you NEED to have them maxed when possible.

You know how there's a lot of platform fighters that's about crossing over indie games?
Well apparently a good chunk of them tried to get Cave Story, but every single one of them got rejected. (First pic related is apparently one of them.)
This is because the creator of Cave Story (I'm not sure if it's Daisuke Amaya himself or Nicalis, i'm confused as to who owns the rights to the IP.) doesn't want Cave Story in any platform fighter that isn't Smash Bros.
The reason for this is unknown, but it's Smash Bros or nothing when it comes to platform fighters for him.
Any other genre is fine though given Cave Story's appearance in the likes of Blade Strangers and Crystal Crisis. (Second and third pics related.)
When it comes to Smash Bros, there's apparently quite a bit of companies and creators who are politely waiting for a phone call from Sakurai to get their characters in.
Some are more open about it than others though, haha.

I recently played Ib (well technically i didnt play it i watched my sister play it and i voice acted the characters)

i have to say, it was a very well made gem. Even though it is from like 2012, its a very fun game. The puzzles are clever, it actually feels scary at times, i always was horrified running away from the ladies (because im a foidless chud), the character of gary is awesome too. For MAry, i honestly could tell that she was going to betray me from the moment i saw her, she was just too suspicious. Favorite part is the part with childrens drawings as the environment, very unique.

I wanna know fellow rpg xistas, what are your thoughts on the game? Do you know any other good rpg maker games?

I beat it a few minutes ago. It was pretty good. The final battle has some balance issues, THOUGH. The Airship Faust is in is way too maneuverable and fast, this is totally unessicary because there are plenty of fighter escorts to handle the dogfighting role and keep you on your toes, and it just looks wrong to see something that big move like that. Some of the targets on the front of it feel like they can take 1 too many missiles. I've also always hated how rail gun trails can hurt you in PW, just use lasers if you're going to do that sort of thing. The really big flak canons fire too frequently as well, making the fight a bit too spamish and overly punishing for less maneuverable aircraft. Overall, it feels a bit untested.

The flak cannons were genuinely cancerous to play against and this is coming from a guy whose beat Crimson 1 on merc difficulty with every plane. The whole fight is annoying namely because of your listed reasons, its way too maneuverable which makes lining up shots with bombs (one of the most effective tools against the ship) hellacious along with bad hardpoint placement making MLAA's hard to use effectively. Trying to go guns or use standard missiles on it is hard because you get destroyed by flak guns.

They're going to put a bunch of planes in the battlepass, aren't they? Sure we might get stuff like the F-5 for free in it, but the planes people really want, like the FB-22 and F-15 ACTIVE and such, will be in the paid tier. The more you want it and the higher performance it is, the higher tier it will be to drive player engagement, or at least encourage you to pay for boosted progress/shortcuts. They're going to bleed the hardcore fans dry. Just watch. It won't be Project Aces fault, it will be Bamco's fault. The only positive hope is that they add more pve and pvp maps/missions for free.

Is there any good way to play blood on arch? BuildGDX plays through my computers inbuilt speakers instead of my headphones. Raze flat out doesn't work (at least with the Internet archive download) DosBox works but is janky and doesn't give me the modern standards of a source port.
