Call of Duty franchise i never got the appeal of at all it's just a decent military shooter with nothing special about it the oldfags it was greatest and i played to "good ones" and they were alright as well nothing changed

Red Dead Redemption 2 is the most overrated fans will always say it's "the best game ever" even&do they haven't play it at all graphics are great everything else is such a boring slowburn of realism which never matches the fun that was the first game and I'm worried that GTA 6 is gonna face the same issue

A lot of zeldafags genuinely think that Twilight Princess is "le underrated" and "overhated". Like what the fuck are they on about? All I see is non-stop praise for it and it was the best selling game in the series until 2017 (once I saw some redditor faggot say it was underrated because it "only" sold 8 million copies GEG!!). It's as overrated as BotW and OoT.

Older people remember how hated it was before the Wii U version released, and especially before SS released. It sold a lot, sure, but also got a ton of hate because it wasn't exactly like OoT or as good as the second coming of sliced bread. It's basically the first massively overhyped game and people got angry about it not meeting their genuinely impossible expectations. It doesn't help that it was originally going to be on the Gamecube only, but was delayed an entire year mainly to put it on the Wii. This gave people time to overhype it and dream up headcanon that would inevitably be trashed. People were thinking it would be a 120 hour long Zelda game with like 20-30 dungeons.

I expect GTA6 to get similar treatment (even though GTA is for subhumans) due to the delays and hype already surrounding it.

People started off leaking over NES games in the 2000s, changed to SNES and N64 by the 2010s and now its gamecube's turn

Notice how its only nintendo consoles that are so obsessed over, its because Nintendo engrains itself into the mind of a caca which gives them more long term consumers. Playstation 1 is kinda at a similar level with all the indieslop games using pixelised low-poly, but not quite to the same level.

The worst part is that they only obsess over the most iron or coal games.

Earthbound and Mother are some of the most boring games of all time, JRPGs in general are such fucking nothingburgers.

I have played Pokemon Red and Diamond, and pirated white. They are all practically the same game. I would say the best of them were the originals, purely because they were an original concept. The only real change is spritework and music getting better, and praising that is like praising FIFA for having more detailed polygons and sound effects than it did on the PS2

Both games are praised for being a work of art made by Toby Fox as if he dug a tunnel to china by himself with his bare hands. HALF THE FUCKING GAME IS A COMPLETELY BLACK SCREEN. Stardew Valley is adored by trannies, im aware, but that is a game that is an actually good passion project. The nigga made the game, made all the art, made all the music, and actually spent time drawing pixels instead of leaving it empty and calling it his style. Every single shitty indie game on the steam marketplace can be bothered with adding more pixels to their games than troony fox yet for some reason people leak over his games, ev&doe he can't get deltatroon finished in one go within a decade

I almost got this game. Since my first impression of it came from a massive zelda dork that happend to be my teacher in middle school. Yet after playing my sibling's copy of Wind Waker on the WiiU I just didn't feel anymore interest for Zelda as a franschise so I never bothered with buying Twilight Princess. Unironically Super Mario 63 uses FLUDD better than Sunshine, since instead of forcing mario to a halt to hover in the air for a bit you get to use it to boost yourself all over the screen. In Sunshine FLUDD just feels like a stupid gimick that slows down Mario's movement and pads out game time by making the player clean up stains here and there.

Both Undertale and Battle Cats got big due to let's players featuring them on their channel and kids rushing to play them afterwards. However is Battle Cats that I got a real gripe with. Since the game is just gatcha slopa. With the typical six billion different in game currencies and resources to mask the time sink and lack of strategic depth. Is not even a gag game anymore what with it adding more and more tranime and event power creep. Is just one of many gateway drugs in to becoming another insufferable ESLnigger who defends the most predatory monitization and mind numbing time waster mobile schlock as being real "games".

I got bored and started replaying Don't Starve last week. Pretty kino. I can now tell why younger me spent over 200 hours on it. Despite having this gem rust away in my steam library for so many years. Might be the best bang for my buck I ever got from steam. Since I had it long enough to get both the Multiplayer succesor game and a couple of the DLC for free.
