I like Simisear and it’s my favorite Fire type. Why? Because he looks funny and is decent enough for in game playthroughs. Anyone else like Simisear?

What’s the key differences between the two similar photos on the screen where Vega and Chun-Li are fighting in their Player 2 palette outfits?

Both scenes take place at Vega's home stage.

the left pic is of the July 30, 1993 revision of Champion Edition, while the right pic is of the final revision called STII Turbo right before Capcom cancelled it altogether.

btw both are separate revisions of standard Champion Edition for the Sega Genesis before Capcom ended up rebuilding it as Super Champion Edition with Hyper Fighting mode incorporated in it.
