I used to be obsessed with this vidya at one point, but it objectively wasn't a good game
first version was unplayable, 1.2 onwards was still shit, the only reason I managed to finish the game was alex's glitched LP toss
I love stories where the protag is a piece of shit, but this game isn't self-aware at all so it comes off extremely pretentious, there are endless dialogs that add nothing to the story (the tea scene), all the characters don't act like real human beings and all of them mostly talk like alex anyway
also, they removed the original alpaca scene, whih forever ruined the game

I haven't played YIIK I.V yet, but I tried nameless psychosis and the new battle system is weird, maybe I'll give it a try one of these days

The Pirates of Dark Water gave us two differing unique play styles. The Genesis version was a platformer with RPG elements, while the SNES version was a Beat-em-up a la Final Fight.

both versions you get to play as Ren, Tula and Ioz who are practically your main core from that Hanna-Barbera cartoon show.

when I was a caca I was OBSESSED with this game. I completed it to 100% like 4 times. I got every character and every red block and every secret. I even found a secret bugged location noone else knows about. My second favorite game was Prototype 2.
