Halo is done because Activision will not make a good Halo game. The vehicles in Saints Row (2022) are likely the worst in any open-world game. They understeer. They are slow in top speed. They are too controllable. The collisions feel awful and forced. Many cars are modelled badly and/or are awfully misconfigured. The sounds are uninteresting. There's a separate "drift" button. The car combat consists of pressing the "sideswipe" button at the direction of your enemy.
I can list many more issues with it.

I played the game and its pure kino other than the lack of enemy variety and non-shrine dungeons. Its one of the few openworld games where its actualy fun to just roam around.
