Fallout 4's aesthetics and assault rifle suck but this guy is a retard if he thinks that a Honey Badger and a MCX need to be in Fallout at all. He claims Fallout 4 started the whole Retro-Futurism bullshit (and it did go overboard compared to the first 2) but it was really big in the first 2 games, then 3 and NV somewhat toned it down. Almost his whole video relies on 2 irrelevant guns from New Vegas, both of which only exist because of a small budget (source on that btw https://www.tumblr.com/jesawyer/190694973251/why-was-it-decided-to-have-the-assault-carbine-in)

The aesthetics do clash but it also somewhat makes sense. You can argue the Hi-Power was a civilian weapon and the 10MM was a military weapon before the war. Its probably the same way a lot of military sidearms become popular with civilians in the US, so you see people carrying 100 year old designs beside a guy carrying a 5 year old design.

I wouldn't judge the 10MM by 4 but rather by 3 and NV. In the Anchorage Simulation you see that they have wood grips so I'd assume over the span of 200 years they'd have turned black. I have several very old shotguns and the wood on most of them is extremely dark by now and thats 80 years compared to the 250 the 10MMs have seen.

been dicking around with chat gpt making it generate c# code for me, and ive been sticking it in unity. my idea is to replicate Minecraft alpha and then just kinda do my own thing with it. i wanna make the game more focused around building like it was originally meant to be. i even came up with a dumb name for it, "Cubuild" (like cube build)

at work right now so i cant do anything on my pc for maybe 5 more hours but if you guys want i can try to send the earliest working version i have (its shitty and also in a 7z file so i dont know if ill be able to upload it here? never tried before)
