Then, having acquired the territory, they decide to turn it into a big datacenter through 6G towers and using the unused 90% of the human brain for calculation and creation of a SAGI (Sentient Artificial General Intelligence) to create new viruses and annihilate the enemy's part of the internet. (NOTE 3: NG++ content starts here, the glowies are supposed to be Cogno NG+ content) They also pull shit from the deep levels of the internet (see: iceberg charts of the internet, 8 layers of the internet, Silent House in netstalking, etc.) to throw at nations to make all of their electric appliances do the funny pager thing (don't question it, we're going in Hollywood hacking/creepypastas about the dark web territory). Eventually they manage to get a grip on the baker's dozen of various things that lie at the bottom of/control the/connect reality, dreams and the internet, tardwrangle them into a towering abomination of divine machinery/proto-Mechanicus-style servers, altars, eldritch texts and reality-bending code and hook up the SAGI to it to act as a mouthpiece/focus lens, which is essentially their own Project Babel which makes holes in reality into the dream/spirit realm and the dark web, out of which abominations crawl out; think a psyker ripping open a portal into the Warp in Warhammer 40k.

Alright, now that past me put in his five cents about R&D, I'm gonna follow up:
Navy gets to build massive supercruisers and subs that can work as underwater DUMBs, culminating in memoryholing the Mariana Trench just so they could build a massive underwater base there, Training puts in ultra-spartan levels of it into the average soldier so that he could become the average FPS protag and clear out hordes of enemies with nothing but his hands and whatever he can loot while turning him into a zealous killing machine that knows and loves nothing but war and commits warcrimes on pure muscle memory, and Army gives him the plasma guns, nanotech, mechs and roids to further augment the army of one-men armies into war manifest. Once they pull the entire Army over, including the nukes, they first send their troops across the world alongside Cogno's to get a piece of the pie and carve out their own puppet states, then take over the world with their unbearbly broken buffs that are only put on equal level by the rest of the Cogno-led world uniting against it, which leads to the Babel of this path: They channel their entire military's ardent devotion to nothing but war, military, and the USA into a new religion which could be described as "Cult of Khorne but Manifest Destiny Pax Americana", which is a surprising success due to the citizens seeing it working first-hand as Cogno gets folded like a lawnchair with the rest of the world following, with the epilogue being them conquering the moon, hollowing it out and turning it into a military base.

This is a bit frustrating but will say kudos to you for working on your idea. I saw this thread a while back and have decided it's time to dump my piece.
Back in 2024, I came up with a concept for exactly what you're making, a Sharty-themed TFR submod. I had major story beats planned out, four main leader paths with several ideological variants, with plans for WW3, planned with a focus on keeping things somewhat believable and immersive. I wanted to make this out of my love for the soysphere and my desire to create a great project for soyteens to enjoy. The TFR devs and discord hate soyjaks, so it would have been an even better project to troll them for their soyphobia. I wanted to advertise and brand the mod as "Le epic unserious 4chan mod!" with a fakeout story about 4chan users setting up their own mafia state in the Cascade region.
The story would have roughly gone as such:
- Covid-19 would cause riots and economic upheaval in America, leading more people to use 4chan and other altchans.
- The jannies get concerned with local upheaval, as more political violence comes from the site (the sharty forming is subtly mentioned here)
- 4chan users from /k/ and /pol/ sign up to become mercenaries in the Saudi Civil War, having a fun time and encouraging others to escape while they can. They eventually get cracked down on, but it's too late. Soyteens and Atomwaffen join these groups.
- Civil war starts, various 4cuckers travel to escape the collapse or find somewhere safer. They eventually settle in the New Aryan Nations (whose tag is BBC kek) after they decided to hire mercenaries to stabilize their uprising.
- The 4cuckers coup the Aryan Nations, create a mercenary-state under the dejure control of 4chan's jannies (RapeApe himself even, or Jay Louis Irwin of /pol/ fame, no Hiro)
- Clean Stable happens, /qa/ is purged, soyteens launch coup, effectively decapitating 4chan's leadership and influence online
- Soot sets up emergency administration with major Kolyma and FDL factions, all temporarily put differences aside to unite Cascadia
- First Soyvil Conflict (referencing Swede v Norwegian conflict + battle of the ridge) as control is established
-War against the APLA
- Second Soyvil Conflict, either Soot is killed on Kuz's orders, Froot avenges Soot and takes control, or Soot survives, path chosen here
- Soot: Authdem-Despotic coalition, can engage in either soyifying American identity or total cultural revolution to soyify all of its culture
- Kuz: Leftism-Natsoc dictatorship, either he embraces a freer semi-socialized chudded dictatorship, or embraces his role of a Khan to become militaristic and totalitarian
- Froot: Marlib-Fascist coalition, either rules alongside Root to establish a minarchist society, or with Mustard (Quote dies) to crown himself an Emperor and establish global domination
- Secret Fourth Path: everyone dies and sole field marshal Doll establishes a militaristic dictatorship, eventually evolves into a two-class mind merging project that either folds everyone into Little Buddy or Big Buddy, a hierarchical masculinized version of Nammu from Twilight of the Anthropocene
- Most if not all the paths should be able to join the National Front, plotting to attack Trump (I had the idea of assassinating Libertarians in the ACG to prompt Trump to establish martial law but scrapped it)
- Throughout all this, Atomwaffen and pedo groups would be infiltrating soyteen society just as failtrolls have done over the years, soyteen focuses would give them buffs, "Pollyanna Plot" to symbolize their entrenchment in high command (would filter out outsiders who wouldn't know Red was Pollyanna)
- National Conference occurs, soyteens get Atomwaffen kicked out by exposing their crimes, Atomwaffen nukes the other front members and unleashes terror attacks across soyteen territory, you're forced to stop them
- You rebuild America, conquer your neighbors, root out left and right wing rebels, seize lands in the Pacific and Atlantic
- You start WW3 to conquer Europe and most likely China, if you lose major foothold lands in one side you lose the whole war and collapse, you commit a trillion atrocities
- Once WW3 ends you destroy their hinterlands with nuclear weapons, use them to threaten the rest of the world into submission/nuke them for certain paths
- Victory!
Ultimately however, it was not to be. I was very lazy regarding personal projects and continue to be. I learned basic hoi4 modding but didn't get far with coding, nor did I develop any gfx skills. I got busy with real life for long stretches of time and got distracted playing more hoi4 and doing other things. I have tried to muster more work before, but ultimately I couldn't get much out. Seeing more people suggest this idea, and you working on it, has finally brought me to capitulate and dump my files in hopes that someone else can use them to go farther with their project.

i'm planning for it to be a little realistic too, like you still have to fix america and not only do sharty related matters, i decided for hte governance to be something like a 2 tier system where soyteens have our restricted site and govern the nation while the normgroids are kind of "enslaved" and their own caste not let onto the site or something but i could add a path where we enlighten normgroids about the art of 'jakking too.
anyways thank you so much for the files, or however the zip bomb is detonated. i'll definitely be using the gfx since i've been using ai so far to apply the vhs effects, sounds horrible and low effort but it turned out almost indistinguishable though ai did mess up soots proportions slightly. in game you can't tell anyways since the photo is so tiny. i'm also kinda lazy with projects like this but i've already made some country mods just like this for eu4 though that requires much less effort so i have hope for finishing this
