That's actually why it's worse than 2016. They force you into them to get ammo constantly. It's terrible game design by being forcing you to play a certain way. Chances are many of the people who say Halo 2 on Legendary is bad (it is) also defend Eternal, despite both of them being very similar by forcing certain specific, repetitive playstyles.
