I get this sometimes, I'll just be staring at my steam library for minutes not particularly feeling like playing anything. I've found that just starting whatever I drift towards/whatever I was playing most recently works.
If you want to do anything in TWW3 I'd recommend chaos dwarfs, probably the best designed faction in the game.

Any game with a budget that huge and a massive marketing campaign only maxing out at 88k players is embarrassing enough on its own. You'd think they were expecting 300k-500k during release week and 30k-70k players now. Less than 5k active players is probably barely enough to float the servers and a skeleton crew. The retards who still play this had better not have any hope of the game getting big updates next year, this just isn't financially worth it.
