RTS. One of the first things I recall watching on my first PC was Starcraft 2 and AoE2. I still considered both among my favorite games despite mostly watching others play them. Multiplayer ladder matches are just too soul crushing on the ego for me. So I just enjoy them as a spectator.

I've only heared complaints about late game performance and the multiplayer concerning Stellaris. Something all Paradox titles share. Whilst hoi4 still got larpers writting after action reports. Well it least those two games get decent videos uploaded on the 'tube. Any other Paradox game's video is just pure slop and SNCA. Worst offender being Crusader Kings 3 shill channels making so much garbage, that you can't find a single intresting video related to the game. Not even hate videos were any good considering the shills had such a tight leash on them even during the release of Legends of the dead and Coronation.

Every time I think about playing Lord of the Rings Online again, I just remember ho stupidly long it takes to do just about anything in that game and lose interest. I'm even past all the Moria quests, but it really burned me out.

normies, probably? either way people who dont realize that "larping" is not good, but something the developers and redditors and advertisements encourage. "larpers" are just people who dont know what they're doing.

i didnt know. but even not knowing, probably agree: this is making paradox communities worse, by a lot, maybe. and the paradoxx devs dont do it better unless they get good criticism, which- the awful community might not give. honestly, in some way, the paradox games community might be similarly bad to the league of legends community
