Taoism appreciation thread

Recently I've been getting in Taoism and reading more of the literature (Tao Te Ching, Zhuangzi, Secret of the Golden Flower) and practicing meditation (turning the light around). I also respect Taoist adepts for their semen retention and I've been practicing that too. I was wondering if anyone on this board has anything to say about it.

There are cells that can reset their age… As in, they have a way to fix all epigenetic errors that inevitably accumulate over time.
Cells can change their type; they do it when placed in a correct environment. And decides if the environment is correct…
Is the constant flow of charged particles through the body, the signals cells exchange with each other…
Sometimes, I wonder… Whether the embryo some daoists wish to create is a mind-made body suitable for a spirit… Or something else…
