I've tried it before, just for fun. I doubt it has any negative side effects from one try. I expected it to taste really sweet and sort of like an ordinary protein shake, but it tasted sort of walnutty and bitter. It was okay, not great, and it has terrible macros. I have a pretty pushed back chin as you can see and my teeth are caved in inwards because the top and bottom row of my teeth are trying to touch each other but they can't. I went to the orthodontics clinic and they told me that I can have a maxillofacial surgery for my overbite. Most of the time it's Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, but sometimes Muay Thai and on Tuesdays it's "Daily Ultimate Training", i've also signed up for a tournament where i go up against other Ju-Jitsu kids (i'm 16).
I also wanna do swimming on the side after i'm eventually done with UFC since it puts minimal stress on the joints and tones your whole body, which is why mom got me a coach.
All i need to work on now is my diet, i normally eat lots of goyslop (chocolate, pizza and burgers), and i'd like to change that to:
• Breakfast: Egg sandwiches with salt and pepper
