I'm not an expert myself, but you're training each muscle group once a week while twice a week is far more effective. I just do all muscles in one day, 3 times a week. If you're going to a public gym this is also far more convenient, because otherwise you have to travel to the gym, change clothes, shower every single day just for around 30 minutes of training.
