I fucked up both my wrists nearly a year ago and this is the best video I've seen for it
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_-FiavJm8Y&list=LL&index=13It still hasn't completely healed but mainly because I kept fighting through the pain. Wrists take a long time to heal and you have to try hard not to use it to much. Also instead of using the special weight in the video you can just use a shovel and adjust your hand to change the torque

Idk fix ur wraps, give em more wrist support so it doesn't get worse. Just really spend time to change up the way you do them

tape up your wrists beneath your wraps, full contact karate style and wear lace up gloves, they give better support even with lace n loops.
also try "cadence striking" where you start hitting light and slowly increase power.
its a bit esoteric but you could try out makiwara training, they're pretty cheap and easy to make
if you want to ever compete it may be worth considering developing a more kick/elbow/knee heavy style
