I was on a bulk. Should I spend the next 6 days cutting to remove some of the fat before resuming the bulk? Should I get back into running/swimming or something? I was planning on spending every single day this summer lifting and wrestling, now wtf do I do?

i recommend swimming, its very very very very good for u. if your tendonitis is bad then just rest, but still, i believe that you should not cut since you are already bulking since your body got used to bulking, remember also that your body needs enough energy to actually heal the tendonitis
