I'm a begginer in my finess journey which includes planking, dumbell curls, hanging knee lifts, eating whole wheat omlette sandwiches and drinking milk (cold milk ONLY) for breakfast, and spending time offscreen. Unfortunately my exerscize is inconsistent and my sleep scedule is screwed up.

Not bad. I think upper body needs more development. Legs look good and skin is clear.

I should clarify, by upper body I mean chest and shoulders which you can build with resistance training. Gut will work itself out over time if you maintain a good diet.

You're at a good healthy weight and physique to start building muscle dude. I'd recommend learning calisthenics, it can be hard to begin with. But take a approach of "do what works best for you!" it a technique doesn't work. Like the way you fail to do a pushup, try it differently, via the knees or wall pushups. Exercise at the local park which has those outdoor sports stations, you do not have to do pull ups. Instead inverted rows/australian pull ups will do just fine. Try also perfecting the rocking chair burpee. The rocking chair burpee is a staple in my own calisthenics regimen, as it combines BOTH lower body upper thigh muscles, and upper body chest, triceps and shoulders during a single exercise. With also being less harmless to the knees and lower back compared to the normal burpee. Rocking Chair burpees are without the jumping, You do like 1 push up and 1 squat in a single rep. To tell the difference between sets and reps? Reps are LESS important. Why? Because exercise is about the stress you put on your muscles not the amount of reps you do perse. So let's say you wanna do like 30 reps of pushups. How would you do it? I'd recommend doing 3 sets of 10 rep pushups. You do 1 set 10 pushups take a minute of break or more, drink some water, then again 2nd set of 10 pushups. Do that about 2 to 3 times a week and you have good exercise. If not being able to do 3 times a week? Just lessen it! Instead start as a beginner with 2 sets. And do more if you wanna. It's all up to you and you make your own exercise regimen purely based on your own volition.
