also not advertising jacobs. i had a choice and i never had jacobs coffee before so i decided to finally buy one. i have no idea what good coffee is everything tastes sour when you are eating it with a spoon

I don't know why people can't "afford" energy drinks or so forth, but then I realize that most people cannot and never will be able to "afford" things. Either you consistently buy energy drinks or you don't, either you save and budget or you don't.
As for what I do… this would be a bit unhealthy if I told you guys all of what I do to work out, but I down 3 200mg caffeine pills after coming home from work and spend the morning lifting until I've reached 11 sets. Then I begin my midday routine which is not related to fitness.
