1. Never goon (or at least don't jerk it more than once a week or two).
2. Eat beef and chicken eggs, drink a cup of milk every day.
3. Do 5 sets of sprinting as fast as you can for 100 meters once or twice a week.
4. Start doing martial arts.

6. Sleep for at least 7.5 hrs a day.
7. Get lots of sunlight AND take some vitamin D supplemets (but not too much, look up the normal dosage).

Do this. Beef is full of zinc, which is the fundamental building block of tetosterone. Most people aren't even close to getting the recommended amount. Animal protein is the food of kings, bread and cereal is cattle feed and barely better than junk food

Other things:
- Sunlight for Vitamin D
- NoFap
- Lift weights, you need a healthy amount of muscle for proper physical and mental health, including test production
- Think like a man, avoid feminine thought procesesses
- Get rid of excess body fat
- Avoid stress, anger
- As I said, a healthy diet with lots of beef, animal protein. A diet of 60/20/20 Meat/vegetables/carbs is ideal, but dedicating a third of your plate to each as shown in the picture is good too. Avoid processed food, cook for yourself as often as possible. Seed oils are inflammatory and bad. Diet is the most important part of this and where you'll see instant improvements.
- Avoid environmental toxins, microplastics. Can't do it completely, but you should avoid drinking from plastic bottles and wearing clothes made of plastic.
- Unless you get your water from a well, the tap water is full of estrogens from the birth control pills every woman takes. Consider buying bottled water or a reverse osmosis system
- I'm not sure if supplements (Zinc, Vitamin D, Magnesium) help, but they won't hurt either
- Avoid soaps or use natural ones without estrogenic perfumes and plasticizers
- Get 8 hours of sleep

This sounds like a lot, but we're being poisoned and global test levels are dropping. You can take back A LOT of control by following these tips. Do not take TRT under 40 unless you're actually hypogonadal and don't have hair on your balls or something. Messing with your endocrine system is dangerous as fuck and can either turn you infertile or into a tranny sex freak

Forgot to attach picture. Something like this circle is fine. Obviously avoid sugar too. Fruit sugar only in moderation. You basically want to do a "Paleo-diet" where you only eat foods our primitive ancestors used to eat. Beer is estrogenic too, just like soy (unless it's fermented like in many Asian products, soy sauce etc.). You can of course eat something unhealthy for a social occasion, drink a beer every now and then, but it shouldn't become the norm
