- Get rid of excess body fat
- Avoid stress, anger
- As I said, a healthy diet with lots of beef, animal protein. A diet of 60/20/20 Meat/vegetables/carbs is ideal, but dedicating a third of your plate to each as shown in the picture is good too. Avoid processed food, cook for yourself as often as possible. Seed oils are inflammatory and bad. Diet is the most important part of this and where you'll see instant improvements.
- Avoid environmental toxins, microplastics. Can't do it completely, but you should avoid drinking from plastic bottles and wearing clothes made of plastic.
- Unless you get your water from a well, the tap water is full of estrogens from the birth control pills every woman takes. Consider buying bottled water or a reverse osmosis system
- I'm not sure if supplements (Zinc, Vitamin D, Magnesium) help, but they won't hurt either
- Avoid soaps or use natural ones without estrogenic perfumes and plasticizers
- Get 8 hours of sleep
