You basically want to do a "Paleo-diet" where you only eat foods our primitive ancestors used to eat. Beer is estrogenic too, just like soy (unless it's fermented like in many Asian products, soy sauce etc.). You can of course eat something unhealthy for a social occasion, drink a beer every now and then, but it shouldn't become the norm

- 30g chococal hazelnut vegan protein powder
- my piss
- one dog poop i'll ask to someone in the park
- smashed overcooked lentils
- water and orange juice (sugar bactery fuel)

I'll make it 1 Liter of chemical weapon, I need it to be thick. I'll cover his door and food shelf with it.
The odor will stick kinda forever
It's 1% done and it is really hard to breath already. I only mixed 1 week old protein with water so far and it is already EXTREME
