I'd recommend you start by working on core strength, do a plank and hold for 30–60 seconds, 2–3 times, then some russian twists: 2 sets of 15 reps per side, and then move onto push ups, i'd say 3 sets of 12–15 reps, with of course some bicep curls, 3 sets of 12 reps or whatever works for you
