Hello, /fit/gigas.
2 of my friends started going to gym with me, yet they dislike lifting programs presented in the gym. They want me to make them one, but, to be honest, I have no idea what they should do.
They both can bench only aroung 55 kg, so I need something beginner friendly. I would appreciate any help

Hi! It is great that your friends want to enjoy a workout with you! I would recommend a regiment that…
1. Has about two compound exercises (One upper one lower)
2. Has about three isolated exercises (Two upper one lower)
3. Gives ample time for rest and stretching

For actual lifts, I'd say squats, push-ups, dead hangs, and crunches are the best for newer gym goers, or something like that.
