The candidate for the centre-left Ahora Nación party was elected mayor of Queropalca, a remote district in the Peruvian Andes.

Some 229 residents voted for the 45-year-old, putting him ahead of the second-place candidate from right-wing Renovación Popular Perú by just 25 votes.

During an October 6th livestream and several accompanying Instagram videos, he ranted about religious topics like the resurrection of Jesus and claiming that he had been cloned. He also explicitly named his wife, Samantha, and his children—Alexis, Mike, Chase, and Shawn—stating, "I don't trust my family any longer," and referring to them as demons. The following day, Carter made a follow-up statement saying that wasn’t how he actually felt.

It is still mostly unclear as to why he suddenly began behaving in this manner, but many who watched the FGTeeV channel as kids are expressing deep worry on social media for Carter's well-being and mental health.

The execution of Nidal Hasan, the former Army major who killed 13 people and wounded 32 others in a 2009 shooting at Fort Hood, Texas, will be live-streamed, a Pentagon official told ABC News on Thursday.

Hasan, who described the attack as an act of jihad, is scheduled to be executed by firing squad on Dec. 3 at the same base where he committed the attack.

Public executions were once common in the U.S., but states began restricting and abolishing the practice in the mid 19th and early 20th centuries. The last widely recognized public execution was carried out in Kentucky in 1936.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said in a media interview that Fort Hood was chosen because that was where Hasan carried out the attack and that the 1 p.m. execution time was selected to roughly coincide with when the shooting began.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, meanwhile, has pushed for Hasan’s execution for much of his tenure, according to two U.S. officials, but his focus on the case predates his time at the Pentagon.

In 2015, during an appearance on Fox News making the case that troops should be permitted to carry weapons on military bases, Hegseth invoked the Fort Hood shooting. “We are at war. Islamics are at war with us,” he said.

A decade later, in his role as Pentagon chief, Hegseth made his position on Hasan more explicit. “I am 100% committed to ensuring the death penalty is carried out for Nidal Hasan,” he told The Hill in September last year. “The victims and survivors deserve justice without delays.”

Internal documents reviewed by ABC News show that, since at least February, Army officials were developing a plan dubbed “Operation Resolute Justice.”

A 37 year old father who slashed the throat of one of his four children to protest his wife's refusal to allow them have a fifth child will be arraigned before court later today.

The suspect, took a machete in the full glare of his wife and other children, and slit the throat of the three year old boy, who is the last of his four children whose name was given as Sitsofe.

The incident happened at a village called Kpeyiborme near Kpeve in the Volta Region.

The Peki Police have only identified the suspect as Gideon Abotsi, aka Jarrah, a farmer.

The Volta Regional Police Commander ACP Peter King Yentumi tells Joy News the suspect will be put before court.

The hit 2009 game by Mojang Studios, Minecraft, has plans to add a new dimension to the game for the first time in over 14 years. The biome utilizes heckin' cozy gender affirming pastel blue and pink colors, and has colorful bunny creatures as it's main mob.

Because Mojang is a company that can't let it's players face any unwholesome difficulty anymore with new updates, it's been speculated there will be no new hostile mobs with the update as the developers are also too busy gooning to tranny porn to work 15 minutes a day and actually get progress made. The lack of hostile mobs also minimizes the odds of unnecessary dilation by the game's core playerbase.
