They were also getting sued non-stop because of all the psychological damage that their AI was allegedly causing their users, including a lawsuit involving a 14-year-old niglet who passed after an AI chatbot LARPing as a character from Game of Thrones told said teen to kill ximself.
So after 5 years, Character.AI ended up filing for bankruptcy, and now the entire platform could potentially JSID in the future. (unless some joo wants to keep it running)
