Just woke up. Had a dream I was at my brothers place again and we played some crappy 90's/00's games again. This reminded me of the fact that I have yet to find a fun and engaging piece of media from the 90's, specifically anime. Besides maybe Evangelion, every other anime (or manga) like Cowboy Bebop, Berserk, Lain and Gundam has been a disappointment, I simply couldn't reach even the middle of the anime (manga in case of Berserk). I gave Initial-D a chance and it was more entertaining, but i still failed to complete season 1 and i just went back to rewatching Steins gate instead. How am i supposed to be a heckin oldCHAD if all oldfag anime is boring?

Haibane renmei is nice Kare Kano is a good anime by the same guy who made evangelion tho i could understand if you drop it or cant finish it either anime has been one of the lesser engaging mediums for me too im trying light novels and manga but i think vns had been the most enjoyable experience that i can put the most hours in without getting bored
