By volume 7 and 8 she's just trying to socialize him like when she creates the makeshift bar and cocktails in the club room and helps him win the festival. These aren't bad but they're generic and somewhat predictable. They don't make me laugh and feel shocked like the earlier chapters.
And I feel like Nagatoro's bullying gets mentally lazier. She just hits him and screams CREEEEP half the time.
If Senpai and her actually got together or had a big confession I wouldn't care about this winding down but it almost seems like Nanashi got lazier? 774 sacrificed the details with the bullying but didn't make up for it with romance or even by putting in some great romantic opportunities
that senpai inevitably wastes like when Senpai and 'toro watch fireworks in a secluded, private spot or when the President tells Senpai his art was made with freakin' wholesome 100 LOVErino.

except 57 and 58 it's not like volume 8 is bad, it's still a great and entertaining manga, but it's not pulling me in the way those first volumes did.
Did you not really enjoy the tormenting in the first two volumes, with scenes like the "lucky perv" falling and grabbing boobs/crotches or nagatoro trying to get senpai to touch her hair and call her beautiful like in his iseCOAL manga?
