Of course, I can't speak for the telekinesis (though she IS a psychic) but the Reality Marble is mentioned in the Act Cadenza manual, and she's technically Rank IV but grows in power as time goes on, Ciel says something like her having DAA potential short term due to her being a psychic. Even when considering overall power she's similar to SHIKI (who is insanely powerful, more powerful than Roa with SHIKI's body and due to his eyes is even a good matchup against Arcueid, since lines of life are visible on her at all times), and when considering the matchup Tohsaka becomes a joke. Insert Homelander jumping. You're pitting Tohsaka against a character designed to counter the strongest mage of the Age of Men with his original body, which is his strongest body; who possesses magecraft that can cut through A+ tier magic resistance (for reference, Medea is a magician from the Age of Gods and she can't cut through A tier magic resistance)
I am not a huge fan of powerscaling either but this is the list I made. Assesses overall power. Not fully accurate, but probably the best thing you'll find.
-SHIKI-Roa assumes he can/does still use blood abilities (manga basically, but slightly weaker).
-Tsuki Chrs = Remake, Ryougi and the rest of the KnK characters aren't buffed to Remake standards.

-EX Ryougi = Self Suggestion Void combat abilities + MEoDP + Divination
-Cheat Ryougi = Void doing whatever
-Just because a character is ahead of someone else doesn't mean they'll 100% beat them. Again, this is overall strength.
