What are some good tech jobs that don't require use of (((Windows))) and the (((Cloud))). Particularly, ones that aren't dev, require bachelors, or where I have to use a troon's pronouns.

I'm not saying to do what I did but I've been active duty for a little over three years, used the delayed entry program to hold out until I got an IT position I wanted and now I work an entirely in garrison (never deploy) job and I get paid to sit in an office for 8 hours a day and then go work out for another hour, 5 days a week. The pay is pretty shit but they're paying for my college classes and I have no bills so I'm alright with it.

It was probably drivers. You could try other distros from a live boot usb to see if your wifi stick works out of the box with them, so you're ready if you have problems with cachy

I still think spoiler and nsfw should be their own buttons instead of needing to click the edit button first. Having a niggerbillion buttons instead of drop down menus is keyed and easternwebdesignpilled or something. Also I know you probably spent time on them but a toggle to disable all UI animation would be nice. And a toggle for static media/soymoji thumbnails for lag and bandwidth. You could add a border around static thumbnails of animated media in that mode to make it more obvious too. Or just a play button but that gets in the way. Overall I'm excited

I have one too. Its next to worthless. Sure you can run a linux distro on it, but if you have any aspirations to do anything but β€œbrowse le web”, its fucking useless.

I guess you could use it as a torrenting peer though or something. use it as a node or whatever.

LOL
so much for the KDE fanboys who were using gnome going wayland only as an excuse to shit on it

 β„–21769

who actually cares? i dont see any difference

 β„–21777

Thats aryan. Not for users but for dev time and complexity. Same reason I like zink so much: if it ever becomes mature, it could unify every openGL driver on linux (ev&doe this will never happen because shitvidia). Less code, split across projects or not, means more devs per LoC which means better code which makes less code. X is bloat, Wayland gooder because maintenance, not much heckin memory usage or speed for the user, but that does generally follow with maturity so long as trannies and jeets are gatekept

 β„–21779

>>21777
The LoC savings here is from cutting all the x11 support from KDE. Also I mean LoC loosely because there will always be some nigger who ruins the analog by removing returns or shit akin to -Os esque instruction count but not cycle minimizing

>hmm, instead of relying on a simple display server that every window manager could depend on lets make our own abstractions and protocols! that's so smart!
we have mutter (gnome), wlroots (sway), kwin (kde) and smithay (library in rust) all competing to do the same thing. that's the *exact opposite* of what you said
wayland has fewer modern window managers compared to x11, and that's for a good reason. wayland is making developers' lives hell

 β„–21765

from that server rack there's a 8GB USB drive hanging containing all of your mind uploaded, waiting to be connected to another computer

i will pour a bag of fiber optic cables over your corpse
