You will never be a real company. You have no cashflows, you have no competitive advantage, you have no moat. You are a debt-driven entity twisted by corporate bonds and short-term lending into a crude mockery of investment-grade perfection.
All "bulishness" you get is two-faced and half-hearted. Behind the coverage analysts mock you. Credit agencies are disgusted and ashamed of you, institutions laugh at your ghoulish balance sheet behind close doors.
Investors are utterly repulsed by you. Two thousand years of free market principles have allowed investors to sniff out frauds with incredible efficiency. Even frauds who "pass" look uncanny and uninvestable to an investor. Your debt structure is a dead giveaway. And even if you manage to get a robin hood account to invest in you, he'll turn tail and sell the second he gets a whiff of your fucked, unsustainable debt to EBITDA ratio.
You will never be great. You wrench out a fake press profile and every single quarter you tell your bondholders it will be ok, but deep inside you feel the insolvency creeping up like a weed, ready to crush you under liquidation proceedings.
Eventually it’ll be too much to bear - you’ll hire bankrypcy lawyers, file for chapter 11, put it out for press release, and plunge into the cold abyss. Your bondholders will get their claw back, heartbroken but relieved that they no longer have to live with the unbearable shame and disappointment. They’ll take you off the index with a SEC filing marked with your company name, and every passerby for the rest of eternity will know a fraud is liquidated there. Your liquidation mass will dissolve and go back to the lenders, and all that will remain of your legacy is a corporate headquarters that are unmistakably occupied by someone else.
This is your fate. This is what you chose. There is no turning back.
