>>>13864 (OP)>im more of a utility type of guy, can you explain to me why cant teens just make another memecoin? it seems this one was a rug? I dont get memecoins but might ape in lmaoThe coin is a CTO, meaning a community of people who like the meme took over running the coin after the original deployer gave up on the project. The original guy was just some random jeet who wasnβt even tapped into the culture. Nearly all top blue chip meme coins are CTOs.
The current sentiment in the space is to ape older battle tested contracts with communities that stuck around during the bear, which is why the coin is experiencing a recent large jump in price. This is a direct response to the endless bundled scams that ease of launching a token has caused.
Distribution is inherently better after a long drawdown because the tourists are out and the people who hold the most tokens truely love the meme and have very high price targets. This makes it likely that the coin will exceed its ATH as there is a hodl culture that has cultivated over time.
Essentially people are returning to βOGβ memes and old fashioned speculation while looking for trust signals. Due to the age of the coin, it has all its papers in order (supply verified, listed on CMC and CG), something that new launches cannot easily do.
