generally i would eat food that is filling, has a lot of carbs and some protein. this would be pasta or raviolli essentially. then after training i would eat some protein heavy hitters, some meat based meals and protein shakes. in the evening i would check my calories and add the remaining protein if i can. if i overeat i do uphill walking since i live in a hilly town (or at the gym) to get spare calories for that extra protein. full body maintenance at the gym 2 times a week. ~700 calories deficit for these 3 weeks, which amounts to a bit over 2 kilos of fat

I’ve spent the start of every single leg and cardio day rigorously stretching every single area of my Lower body. What used to be a 30-40 minute routine can now be finished within 10 minutes.
I only hear people talking about how stretching is BAD for muscle gains in the fitness community, and it caps your strength or something, but I never get injuries and DOMs isn’t a thing for me, yet I still go as hard as possible every training day.
Does anyone here stretch or not stretch? What do you have you noticed from including/excluding stretches?

I stopped buying bread and baking my own bread. It is fun and easy and mostly waiting for raising and baking in the oven so it doesn't take much time. This is also dirt cheap, like 2 bags of good store bread costs about 4 euros but same amount of my own bread costs about 0.6 euros with the good flour and it has way less salt than store bread so it doesn bloat me so much.
