I read this book and some other other ones like deep work and procrastination equation like a year ago and I have applied literally nothing I've learned from these books
Still kinda good for me, taught me how exactly to lock in even doe ive not practiced anything in those said books

I finished reading it during like a 4 hour car ride so I didn't waste much time reading it but I still learned a lot from it even doe I don't practice most of it kek
