>some time ago i discovered videos originating from the Chinese cat torture network (to give an example, one of the videos showed a quadruply amputated kitten with its jaw torn off and nails screwed into its eyes being electrocuted while it screamed in unimaginable agony and squirmed around as a nugget trying frivolously to make the unrelenting torture stop) and after seeing them the thought occurred to me: if just one innocent creature could've been spared from this fate, it would be worth it if the universe never existed. i used to be baffled by how Christians could live life happily while believing in a concept as existentially terrifying as eternal torment in Hell, but i realized that i was doing the same thing, as i live in a reality equally as horrifying. Hell is real, but it's not for sinners, it's instead reserved for the most innocent members of our world. the Chinese cat torture network is just the worst of the worst, on the macro scale, millions upon millions of other creatures are brutalized in horrific ways, both in nature and by industrial society. animals that are sensitive to physical pain are the most valued in natural selection since they're the best at evading danger, so as time goes on, the world becomes exponentially more and more torturous. the universe is designed in a way that makes torture proliferate. the reality we inhabit is so awful it blows my mind, you'd expect existence to be a neutral thing, but no, it's overwhelmingly negative. the universe is unrelenting in its cruelty and unbound in its willingness to cause the most excruciating pain imaginable. you might respond with something like "you're only focusing on the negatives of existence, what about the positives, like beautiful paintings and pretty skies?". you're a depraved monster for thinking that: to make it clear, you're not depraved for enjoying beautiful paintings and pretty skies, i also enjoy those things, you're depraved for thinking any of that justifies what i previously described. no amount of pleasure will ever make up for the wounds of existence.

>being anti-life and pro-extinction is good, actually.>you say this but would never ever kill yourself or others. stop being performative.
>you'd expect existence to be a neutral thing, but no, it's overwhelmingly negative.very black and white thinking. most things in this universe are neutral or morally grey (eve&doe there is no objective morality chud!!).
>the universe is unrelenting in its cruelty and unbound in its willingness to cause the most excruciating pain imaginable.you seem to be an atheist and/or materialist and yet are applying logic and reason to something inanimate thats just the result of 13.5 billion years of random impulses d0000d!!
