PREMISE:
Pepe and his homies were out of weed, so he needed to go out and get money.
He ended up getting a job at the Soyslum to scout out schizos for potential patients.
While searching, he ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time and got abducted by Rapeson.

I should probably mentiom that I was a dev for FNAC at one point and one idea I had for FNAC 2 was that there would be windows to the left and right of your office that 'jaks would walk past before they reach your door in front of you, one character I had in mind to play off this mechanic was one who would walk very slowly past your window and kill you if you made any kind of noise. Maybe this idea could be refined as Rapeson's mechanic
