I can't seem to start or finish stuff I want to do
even if I somehow start working on a project, I only work on it regularly for max 2 weeks before losing motivation and going back to procrastinating

so what now, I tried stuff like breaking projects into smaller chunks or writing out tasks but I always failed eventually anyway

Projects cant be done at home, I get distracted every time, even if I manage to get a lot done.
Track hours instead of achievements. Find a distraction-free workspace. Take a break every 40-50 minutes, dont scroll on your phone during the break.

stop with the scheduling crap just keep it at 3 topics a day on what to do. Either most important or fun to do. A day has morning, afternoon and evening.

Saturday

Morning
Breakfast

Afternoon
Taking a walk

Evening
Gaming

Thats it just 3 topics. use said rhythm morning afternoon and evening as baby steps. from there build up a routine. The routine itself is the foundation you can rely on without externals like fucking schedules or deadlines.

Maybe you forgot to do breakfast? or taking a walk? no problem you just appoint it for the next day.
