>>72491 (OP)stop with the scheduling crap just keep it at 3 topics a day on what to do. Either most important or fun to do. A day has morning, afternoon and evening.
So starting with like this:
Saturday
Morning
Breakfast
Afternoon
Taking a walk
Evening
Gaming
Thats it just 3 topics. use said rhythm morning afternoon and evening as baby steps. from there build up a routine. The routine itself is the foundation you can rely on without externals like fucking schedules or deadlines.
Maybe you forgot to do breakfast? or taking a walk? no problem you just appoint it for the next day.
