Don't worry too much about losing it forever. Your body remembers how to handle having muscle and it might take 3-6 months, but you'll get it ALL back.
The problem with stagnating is, you have to work hard just to get back to your previous level. But you literally can't lose muscle like that.
Body builders talk about quitting and say they were able to get their previous mass back within 6 months, super easily

Music hits different while your working out, especially shit that gets you fired up. Lifting weights is the highlight of my day, everyday.

Honestly, if you don't drink caffeine, it's probably never worth taking pre workout. You will wanna take it every day, then you'll probably end up drinking more caffeine after your workout.

i used to weightlift for about 2 years as it came with a program i was in. however, it was replaced with something else. working back up to get to afford a gym membership, and in the meantime i'm trying to shed some weight with cardio, both in my house and working harder on the job. food-wise, i've kind of just stopped eating like 1/3 of all meals i get or reduce them. i've looked into calisthenics and am interested but with how many changes i've been making to my schedule recently incorporating calisthenics into my routine is going to have to wait. anything i can do to improve what i'm doing right now?

im fairly poor so i do have to rely on pretty much whatever i can get through the canteen as it is cheapest. i've generally just stopped eating as much of whatever i'd usually eat, as i'm kind of in a transitionary spot right now and waiting to finally have enough money saved (soon enough) to get a gym membership. shit is fucking expensive. i'm just trying to slim down a little while i'm not as physically active (even with doing cardio).
on what i take in, i drink no caffeine, no smoking, no alcohol, no pre-workout or anything. thinking about investing in some creatine down the line but for me that would be pretty much it.
went from 205 to 190 so it seems to be working, but i'm probably going to stop at a minimum of 170-160. i don't want to end up looking like a fucking skeleton.

Pre workout should be judged by ingredients.
As a general rule of thumb:

No more than 300mg of caffeine
at least 3200mg beta alanine
6000-8000mg L citrulline
3000-6000mg AAKG
NO creatine (you should be taking that anyway, extra will only dehydrate you)

Anything else is usually added sloppa. Don't buy pre workouts that have 'combined forumlaes' where they don't tell you the actual ingredient amounts. Check for RED 40 and other trashy flavourings, try to avoid aspartame K(potassium)

You can also totally just take caffeine or drink coffee, the extra pump really doesn't do much for actual performance I've found.

Fire training day.
I ususally only do one exercise per muscle
So I'll do barbell squat, RDL's, Ab/adductors, 45 degree back extensions and then calf raises.
Since RDL's don't hit your full hamstring, I'll do hamstring curls every other leg day and leave out RDL's.
I also do either bulgarian split squats with a smith machine, or I'll just do lunges with a 25kg deadlift plate underneeth my squatting foot, so I can get maximal stretch on my quads

Recently I starte controlling the descent on my lifts. I'll lift fast and with intensity, but then I'll retain the tension and slowly drop the weight.
SOmetimes I will sacrifice all form to get 1 more rep out, just to slowly relax the muslce for more of this gain.

The tendons in my forearms are 3x bigger and feel like steel cables. My joins are cracking less and less, and my strength is still going up.
My wrists no longer hurt, or feel discomfort from things like moving my PC mouse around, or turning a steering wheel.

i've been waking up earlier and earlier and my gym is a 24 hour one so i think it'll be much more /calm/ if i went to it as soon as the sun was up and there was hardly anyone there
i only really go during sunset since that time kinda works for me, maybe after college sometimes but i prefer to do it during that time, just something i've been accustomed to since i used to ride my bike during that time

I use the sauna 4 times a week, and I do thaw any issues.
If I don’t use it after cardio, then I suffer next leg day.
And sprinting shouldn’t impact your muscle gains if your form is good, and if you only do it for maybe 3-4 minutes total.

But I was definitely addicted I don’t think I can handle drinking more than 300mg at once without craving more within an hour, so I fixed it by having 1/3 of the amount I usually have.
So it was kinda like a faux addiction where I was eternally coming down then bringing myself up to ridiculous levels again

The gym I go to is finally back to its regular levels.
Most people fuel their fitness motivation off of shit like New Year’s resolutions, breaking up with their partner, being lonely on Valentine’s Day or having a shitty date; and as you can see, that only got them 2 months of activity.

Also it's pretty difficult to get a good dose of resveratrol from eating blueberries

A good amount would be around 500-1000mg per day. Only really possible wiht a supplement.
BTW, resveratrol at this dose influences more NO2 release in the brain. It also clears your sinuses out if you have chronic inflamation up there or something

DW, I think its just a blood flow thing, as long as you're jacked you don't need teeth cuz you can just chew with ur hands by mashing the food up in ur fingies. I'm pretty sure the test increase is only more noticeable in the beginning, but then its just a steady increase that u get used to.
