I’ve spent the start of every single leg and cardio day rigorously stretching every single area of my Lower body. What used to be a 30-40 minute routine can now be finished within 10 minutes.
I only hear people talking about how stretching is BAD for muscle gains in the fitness community, and it caps your strength or something, but I never get injuries and DOMs isn’t a thing for me, yet I still go as hard as possible every training day.
Does anyone here stretch or not stretch? What do you have you noticed from including/excluding stretches?
