I know chicken (something) is high in type 2 collagen, but you need like 20g of type 1 + 3 for the skin/hair benefits
>>952390I'm not worried about getting drunk, I just don't like how alcohol metabolises into toxic shit so I wanna avoid it at all costs. But maybe fermented foods outweigh the negatives tho??

Working out first thing works great for me, it really sets me up for the day aswell. It levels me the fuck out, and normal shit doesn't piss me off at all. I can just handle it, yhknow?
<And if you're in collage, then exercising beforehand will actually improve your memory retention.
Resistance training or cardio increases BDNF (brain derived neutrophic factor) which essentially modulates memory formation for a few hours after the session.
Not only upregulating and improving your memory overall, but it improves your memory right after the session too.
All signs in the fitness community point towards working out as soon as you wake up, so I'd aim to keep this routine if I were you

>>952478>>952397>>952024Collagen "types" dont matter. Collagen as a molecule has to be constructed in a specific way and generally all collagen will give you the same nutrition. The types are in reference to how they are shaped for used in the body(for the tendons skin or joints etc).
Also just eat gelatin, its the cooked form of collagen, its 10x cheaper and its more absorbable. Collagen is a scam.

I don't think you can just eat gelatin and get a full range of collagen peptides delivered to your body adequately. SOme collagen suppelements are scammy but if you buy good products then you'll get good stuff
β952840[Quote]
And type 2 collagen is unheard of basically. Most collagen supps don't even include it.
I'm thinking about taking some since it's great for tendon strengthening and my tendons are in constant dissaray since I refuse to take extended rest periods
β952841[Quote]
Microvariants recommendation is valid but outright claiming all collagen supplements are a scam is based on nothing but false assumptions in the average brands interest in your health
