should i start going to the gym during sunrise or sunset
i've been waking up earlier and earlier and my gym is a 24 hour one so i think it'll be much more /calm/ if i went to it as soon as the sun was up and there was hardly anyone there
i only really go during sunset since that time kinda works for me, maybe after college sometimes but i prefer to do it during that time, just something i've been accustomed to since i used to ride my bike during that time
i feel like it'd be beneficial since i'd have to interact with less people and i wouldn't have to worry about going to the gym later in the day and it would be nice to get it over with at the beginning of the day

Working out too close to when you should sleep will mess with your sleep quality and overall gainz. Eating food after will also contribute to worsened sleep quality.
Working out first thing works great for me, it really sets me up for the day aswell. It levels me the fuck out, and normal shit doesn't piss me off at all. I can just handle it, yhknow?

And if you're in collage, then exercising beforehand will actually improve your memory retention.
Resistance training or cardio increases BDNF (brain derived neutrophic factor) which essentially modulates memory formation for a few hours after the session.
Not only upregulating and improving your memory overall, but it improves your memory right after the session too.
All signs in the fitness community point towards working out as soon as you wake up, so I'd aim to keep this routine if I were you

Collagen "types" dont matter. Collagen as a molecule has to be constructed in a specific way and generally all collagen will give you the same nutrition. The types are in reference to how they are shaped for used in the body(for the tendons skin or joints etc).

Also just eat gelatin, its the cooked form of collagen, its 10x cheaper and its more absorbable. Collagen is a scam.
