Firstly, the CIA had psychic spies that could remotely view locations which is well documented. The most successful CIA remote viewer Joseph McMoneagle also has a bunch of interviews on youtube. I point out remote viewing to disprove the atheists that claim only physical matter exists.

Robert Monroe also worked for the CIA and did astral projections which he called OBE's (Out of Body Experiences). He wrote 3 books and in the 2nd book he explained that this world was a spiritual farm designed to harvest as much suffering energy as possible which he called loosh.

Now there's also NDE's (Near Death Experiences). Tens of thousands of people have shared these stories online which almost always follow the same outline (which proves they're real and not just random hallucinations. These people go into a white light, meet dead relatives, Jesus, spirit guides, then they're given a life review and guilt tripped to come back to earth. They are also told that the meaning of life is to learn lessons, or to love each other, or some other generic reason. It seems like these people are just getting duped into coming here to suffer more.
The loosh farm theory is that once you die you get tricked into going into the light (or enter the light out of ignorance), then you'll meet entities who pretend to be your dead relatives, spirit guides, or religious figures like Jesus (sometimes people see these entities before going into the light). You're then given a life review and guilt tripped with all of the mistakes you've made, then you're told that you need reincarnate to fix these mistakes (sometimes it's to fix your "karmic dept", sometimes they claim you haven't learned your soul lessons, the excuse is tailored to the individual). You are then memory wiped and reincarnated. This theory is assuming that a full death experience is the same as an NDE. Considering that a lot of NDE's take place while these people are declared clinically dead makes it's a safe assumption that a full death experience will be the same or similar experience (full death meaning you don't get revived and stay dead).
Here's a youtube channel that goes into the loosh farm/prison planet theory. He does commentary on countless NDE accounts and points out how the person is being deceived/manipulated. You can also just watch NDE accounts without commentary and connect the same dots yourself.
