i have a tulpa that existed for over 10 years, they came to me randomly while i was going through a shit time with abusive parents and no friends and nobody to help me. they appear all the time even when im high and dreaming
they keep encouraging me to kill niggers when i see them and they make it sound really hot and sexual. i also have reoccuring dreams of stabbing a nigger to death and my tulpa standing by my side loving me. they are quite convincing and are getting better at it, even sending love and sex signals in my body, i think i might actually kill a nigger at some point
should i get help for mental illness at this point

I've randomly yelled stuff like slurs and "Jew Killer 5000" out of my mouth for quite awhile now out if nowhere. Its all very specific and consistent stuff.
