the main reason is was thinking about is because i entering my adult life and just have a mental breakdown

Rebirth seems like a more accurate term for what happens after death since attaching yourself to a piece of flesh isn't really necessary even if it will happen eventually.

not in the traditional sense but looking at circular logic theory and the subjectiveness of human nature how can we actually be real? my friend had an interesting idea about it, he says that if we're just physics then we would also be constituted by energy, a thing that cant be created or destroyed, so in that spirit the essence of life itself would be immortal. therefore it wouldnt matter if you died because true individuality does not exist
