Obviously juice on growth hormone, but depending on how far past 18 you are talking and when you hit puberty, it might be too late to gain height. If I were 5’6 I’d try it anyway but while lifting and eating well for the gainz. Best you can do outside this is heightmax with insoles, hats, and good posture.
