Sure, medieval body standards in general were about being athletically slim and having smaller waists, there were obviously outliers such as some noble man at arms(knight is a noble title, man at arms is the proper term of a fully armored mounted troop) as well as later landsknecht (just look them up) being more robust and broader while some others were more overweight, not as heavy as cado however.

tldr; endurance running really doesent matter when ur on horseback and body standards were obviously not entirely uniformed
