And who’s saying this?
A citizen of the country that launched the Opium Wars?
That looted colonies for three centuries?
That used slave labor?
That plundered half the globe?
Or of the country that imposes its "democracy" on those who don’t want it — usually with bombs?
The country that has started, supported, or taken part in around 250 wars over the last 30 years, that funded terrorists in Afghanistan and Iraq — and then bombed Iraq, Libya, Syria, Yugoslavia, and others back into the Stone Age?
The very same country that nearly wiped out the indigenous population of its own continent — and still keeps them in reservations?
I won’t even bring up Vietnam.

Or are you one of those “Baltic Tigers” where the rhetoric oozes — not just reeks — with Russophobia and Nazism, where Russians are openly called second-class citizens at the state level?

Or maybe you're from Canada, where the parliament stood and applauded a veteran of the SS Galizien Division — a bastard who took part in punitive operations in Poland and the USSR.
A collaborator. A traitor. A Nazi accomplice.
Not just a local police thug — SS was an ideological choice.
And they clapped for him officially, because he fought against Russians in World War II.
And who fought against the Russians in WWII?

That’s exactly who this operation in Ukraine is aimed against now — Nazis who trample on the memory of those who gave their lives — 11 million Soviet soldiers — to save their country and, most likely, your country from genocide.
Poland, Hungary, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania — they were liberated by the USSR, and for saying something like “the Reich and the USSR are the same,” in Russia they’d just smash your skull without a second thought, and no one would argue.
