I visited Charlotte once and it didnt seem that bad. It is different living there though. I want to be a soyentist and NC has good places for that so that was part of my though process for moving there.

You can just put a racial demographics map on and see good places to live near the cities. There will be niggers in every city but living next to a city has a lot of benefits.
