I actually did go see it in theaters. Already saw the leak on TikTok but I wanted to see who would show up. I thought I had booked a seat in the furthest back row in the theater, but then this young couple showed up and was like "um excuse me but you're in out seat…". I look at my AMC email receipt and they're actually right even though I triple checked the fucking seats. My actual seat was between two overweight men, must've been 20s to early 30s, and one of them actually fucking smelled. I had seen the TADC fans smell memes but I was not actually expecting one to fucking smell. At the end of the show the guy on my left was crying, I don't think he was the one who smelled. He was awestruck. I could hear him wimpering during the scene when Jax abstracts and it was awkward. I ended up talking to him for a bit and this Mexican dude. They started talking about some video games I had never heard of.
Was a fun experience actually. It was interesting to see what kind of people would show up for it.
