the site is literally designed to have the lowest PPH possible and be boring as fuck all the time now. the posts that are being rewarded on a shitpost meme website are boring af /r9k/ blogposts and /pol/bot seriouscoaler question threads like "would you support a majority female society? like say 2:1 female to male ratio or more? why or why not?". spam is impossible, shitposting is impossible, fun is impossible, raids are like the only threads you can possibly make now that aren't boring and that's why most of the site are using them.

nobody is killing the site except quotecord. they're to blame for everything. they want you to blame other users of the site, when it's their ruleset, their moderation, and their handling of the site that makes people act this way. when refugees form rape gangs, do you blame the refugees and plead with them to stop raping women, as if that'll fix shit, or do you blame the government and beg them to close the fucking border? likewise, why the FUCK would you blame the users of the site for the issues quotecord have caused? the users are simply adapting to their environment. quotecord have made it unviable to post anything entertaining other than raid threads, so raid threads are what get attention.

I do agree that the site is being somewhat mismanaged. But I really don’t think we should hate quote for it. It’s hard to manage something like this, especially with how controversial it can be, and how many groups want to ensure its destruction. I think quote is trying his best to the point its spread him thin and he’s buckling under pressure. He doesn’t know which path to take and he can’t please everyone. The double file thing is clearly a bug that was accidental, the fucked up post filters are clearly a mistake and not on purpose. There’s forces at play that contradict eachother.
