1. The expression looks really stilted and stiff. You have to fudge the face up a bit so it looks more exaggerated than the original. As of now, the original trace looks more humorous. Take for the example, the lips on A24jak.
2. The lines are too straight. You’ll see on many of the original soyjaks, their lines have a jagged, jittery curve to them. It looks like they were shittily drawn with a mouse. If you’re used to drawing with a mouse, I’d recommend turning up the speed to get that jittery look.
3. Things like the glasses and eyebrows are too detailed. For glasses, try using only one thick line like the original Soyak instead of filling in the bridge and handles to make it match the original’s shape. Same with the eyebrows. Just make them one horizontal line rather than many vertical ones.
4. It’s a very similar critique for the beard. Instead of using many vertical lines, try sticking to a few on the outside on chin and/or a few above the lip for the mustache. Make sure the beard lines, if any, hang off the edge of the chin also like Soyak. This trace in particular is tricky because of how bushy the beard is, but in this situation I would've tried to draw his chin as if he didn't have the beard, making him look less masculine and more soy with a smaller chin and weak stubble. Alternatively, I’ve found that increasing the density of the beard lines also works, but it is a pain to fill bucket so I usually avoid it unless necessary. Either way they must hang off the edge of the chin.
Generally, I think you need to take more artistic liberties and focus on drawing a simplified caricature rather than a detailed trace (although having a good picture to trace from is still important. All of the classic ‘jaks are traced besides Soyak.)

I really like the forehead wrinkles, exaggerate it and rebuild the face around them

too smooth if was rougher would be better. also mouth too detailed. You need to put effort into drawing soyjaks but they still need to look like you drew them while drunk
