Do you think this sounds too fake/cheesy, or is that a good thing? I mean obviously they never expect you to give real answers to these questions. It's just part of the employment ritual us goyim go through. This answer just sounds a little too good, idk.

the "here's my weakness, here's what I am doing to deal with it" template is correct, but saying you are too retarded to remember instructions to the person who will be responsible for you following instructions may not make you sound particularly employable
