Day 42: I might just go the rest of my life like this tbh. The experiment has shifted its focus slightly. Around Day 38, I essentially showered as I typically would prior to the beginning of this experiment. Specifically: I rinsed and scrubbed my whole body with the exception of my scalp & hair (though those did get slightly wet). By this point I think I've proven to myself that limited rinsing is sustainable in all areas save for my hair. If I'm being honest, I think it's stabilized now and it may or may not improve. I'd say it looks like it did around a week in, no worse. So, really, that's the remaining subject of this experiment. I want to see what happens to my hair by Day 56. After that, I'll finally rinse it, but I still won't fall back on shampoo. I want to see how it reacts to water first. Ideally, I won't ever return to using shampoo since I've been intending to transition to water-only showers for a few years now and here's my chance, but, as always, we'll see how that plays out.

>>16002776I've already explained that the only part of my body I haven't bathed is my scalp and hair. Please read my reports diligently.
